The Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw (the GFC Prize Draw) is promoted by Toyota (GB) Plc (we/us/our) with the assistance of our prize draw administrator, Gatherwell Limited.

We make every effort to behave in a socially responsible and ethical manner when running prize draws on this website.

Our game rules do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to play and we have procedures and controls in place to mitigate the risk of underage playing.

Entering prize draws involves speculative spending, so you should always remember the following:

  • Don't think of prize draws as a way to make money
  • Only enter prize draws with money you can afford to lose
  • Set a spending limit in advance
  • Never chase your losses
  • Don't enter prize draws when you're depressed or upset
  • Balance your participation with other activities

Identifying Risky or Problem Play

We monitor play patterns for indicators of harmful or excessive spending, such as unusually high numbers of transactions, repeated high‑value purchases, or signs of distress in customer interactions. Where these indicators appear, we may intervene to help reduce the risk of harm.

Support services

If you think you may have a problem with your spending, there are a range of support services that may be able to help you, such as:

You can also call National Debtline confidentially on 0808 808 4000. National Debtline is a debt advice service run by the Money Advice Trust.

Spending controls

We have put in place limits on the amount that can be spent at each individual checkout session to help control high value impulse spending.

We will also contact individuals that we consider to be 'high value players' to verify their purchases. A 'high‑value player' means an individual whose spending exceeds thresholds we consider unusual compared with typical participation patterns, taking into account both the value and frequency of purchase. These thresholds may vary and form part of our harm‑prevention monitoring.

We may intervene and prevent further purchases if we identify a risk of harm to players.

Cooling-Off and Cancellations

A statutory cooling‑off period applies to prize draw entries unless the draw has already taken place. If the draw has not yet occurred, you may request a refund of your entry. Once the draw has taken place, entries become final and cannot be cancelled.

No Credit Facilities or Incentivised Excessive Spending

We do not offer credit of any kind, and we do not encourage repeated or excessive spending. All participation must be funded using money you can afford to spend.
