The key information of the Prize Draw is set out in the table below. For full details of how the Prize Draw will operate, please refer to the full Prize Draw Rules below.

PRIZE DRAW RULES

These Prize Draw Rules (“Rules”) apply to all individuals (referred to in these Rules as “you” or “your”) who participate in the Prize Draw. Therefore, you should read these Rules carefully before you enter the Prize Draw, whether through the Paid Entry Route or the Free Entry Route (as explained below).

We, Toyota (GB) PLC, are the promoter of the Game. Toyota (GB) PLC (referred to in these Rules as “Toyota GB”, the “Promoter”, “us”, “we” or “our”) is a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 00916634. We work with the England & Wales Cricket Board (the “ECB”), Cricket Ireland and Cricket Scotland to ensure that 100% of the proceeds of the Prize Draw are donated to participating cricket clubs across the UK. We have appointed Gatherwell Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 08675983 (“Gatherwell”) and External Lottery Manager licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, to administer the Game on our behalf.

All correspondence relating to the Prize Draw must be sent to Toyota GOOD FOR CRICKET PRIZE DRAW, PO Box 653, Galgate, Lancaster, LA2 0XB.

By participating in the Prize Draw, you are entering into a contract with us and you agree that these Rules will apply. If you do not agree with these Rules, you should not participate in the Prize Draw. Your attention is drawn specifically to section 9 (Our liability to you in connection with the Prize Draw), because it limits our liability to you for our breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the Prize Draw

1. Eligibility to enter

1.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must:

(a) be an individual;

(b) be at least 18 years old;

(c) have your permanent place of residence in the United Kingdom; and

(d) not be an ineligible person as defined in section 1.2 below.

1.2 You may not enter the Prize Draw if:

(a) you are an employee, officer, director of (i) Gatherwell or any of its affiliated companies; or (ii) any other company appointed by us to assist in the management or administration of the Prize Draw; or

(b) you are an immediate family member (meaning, spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling, and their respective spouses) of, and/or you live in the same household as, a person specified in section 1.2(a) above.

2. How to enter

2.1 The Prize Draw will open on 21 May 2025 at 00:00 and will close on 30 September 2025 at 23:59 (the “Entry Period”) on the Toyota GOOD FOR CRICKET website located at www.toyotagoodforcricket.co.uk (the “Website”). Entries that we receive after the expiry of the Entry Period will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

2.2 The Prize Draw has two routes to entry:

(a) The Paid Entry Route: To enter the Prize Draw through the paid method of entry (the “Paid Entry Route”), you will need to purchase tickets via the Website by choosing your number of entries and following the checkout process to complete your order and pay. The price for the Paid Entry Route starts from £5 per ticket bundle which gives entrants 5 entries into the Prize Draw.

Supporting a specific cricket club?

You can either use the club's specific URL, which will be located on the club's promotional materials, or select the club from the Website to purchase tickets. This will ensure that 100% of funds go to that club.

Not supporting a specific club?

You can purchase tickets through the Website and not select a club. This will ensure the funds get placed into a central fund and will be distributed evenly between all the participating eligible clubs.

Payment must be made by debit card. We do not accept any other methods of payment but may introduce additional methods of payment in future at our sole discretion.

When we receive payment in cleared funds for your entries, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the number of entries that you selected and be entered into the Prize Draw.

(b) The Free Entry Route: To enter the Prize Draw through the free method of entry (the “Free Entry Route”), you need to: (i) write 'Toyota GOOD FOR CRICKET PRIZE DRAW Entry', together with your full name, date of birth, home address, phone number and email address on a postcard or letter; and (ii) post the completed entry to us by standard first class or second class post (at your own cost) to Toyota GOOD FOR CRICKET PRIZE DRAW, PO Box 653, Galgate, Lancaster, LA2 0XB. Please ensure that postal entries are legible and complete, otherwise they will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

Please ensure that your entry is posted to us with enough time so that it is received no later than the expiry of the Entry Period. Postal entries that are received after the expiry of the Entry Period will not be processed and therefore will not be included in the Prize Draw.

You will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for each individual mailing envelope, provided that you have met the requirements for the Free Entry Route set out in this section. You will only be contacted if you are a winner.

2.3 There is no limit to the number of entries into the Prize Draw. However, if you enter through the Paid Entry Route, please note that the Website may impose a payment limit at an amount determined by us. We may introduce entry limits for the Paid Entry Route at any time without notice.

2.4 By participating in this Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winners will be the entries selected at random from all correct eligible entries.

3. Selection of winners

3.1 The winner selection process for the Prize Draw will take place within five (5) business days after expiry of the Entry Period. The number of winners to be drawn will be published on the Website.

3.2 Gatherwell will run the winner selection process on behalf of Toyota GB. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the Prize Draw using the online random number generator https://www.random.org/. Random.org is independently verified for its random number generation using atmospheric noise.

3.3 If Random.org is unavailable for whatever reason, the winner selection process shall take place using an alternative random number generator determined by Gatherwell. In that case, we will publish details on the Website of the alternative random number generator service used to determine the winners of the Prize Draw.

4. Prizes

4.1 Details of each prize available to be won will be published on the Website (each, a “Prize”). The following additional Rules apply depending on the type of Prize:

(a) Products: The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, approved or affiliated with the manufacturer or brand in respect of product(s) awarded as Prizes. Product brand names and logos are registered or unregistered trademarks of their respective owners. None of Toyota GB, Gatherwell, the ECB, Cricket Ireland or Cricket Scotland is liable for any defect in quality, condition or fitness of products, and such liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted under law. The manufacturer of the products may provide a limited warranty as set out on the manufacturer's website and/or other product literature. If the winner of a product wishes to make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty, they should contact the manufacturer directly. However, we will provide reasonable assistance to the winner in obtaining a replacement product from the manufacturer in the case of an obvious defect.

(b) Gift cards and voucher codes: Toyota GB, Gatherwell, the ECB, Cricket Ireland and Cricket Scotland are not the retailer or issuer of gift cards or voucher codes provided as Prizes, and none of Toyota GB, Gatherwell, the ECB, Cricket Ireland and Cricket Scotland accept responsibility for any third party retailer or issuer's refusal to accept or honour a particular gift card or voucher code. In addition, the Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, approved or affiliated with the retailer or issuer of gift cards or voucher codes. The terms and conditions of the third party retailer or issuer of the gift car0d or voucher code will apply.

(c) Vehicles: If the Prize is a vehicle, we will provide all necessary documentation for the transfer of title of the vehicle from us to the winner. We will arrange delivery of the vehicle at a place (to a UK mainland authorised dealer) and time that we propose and that has been confirmed with the winner. Unless we state otherwise in the Prize details, the winner will be responsible for paying for and obtaining the relevant insurance upon taking delivery of the vehicle. Toyota GB provides a standard manufacturer warranty for the vehicles it awards as Prizes as set out in the vehicle manual. Please note that model and grade is subject to availability. Optional extras and accessories are excluded for vehicle prizes.

If the winner of the vehicle does not hold a full UK driving licence, they must attend with someone who does to collect their Prize. The accompanying person must be legally permitted to drive the vehicle. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize.

(d) Prizes that involve taking part in an experience or attending an event: None of Toyota GB, Gatherwell, the ECB, Cricket Ireland or Cricket Scotland are responsible if an experience or event is delayed or rescheduled. If the experience or event is cancelled, we will provide an alternative Prize (whether that be an experience, event, or otherwise) of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. A winner who takes part in an experience or event is responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate, including by attending any required medical examinations.

All participants are required to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the experience or event. Any form of inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or actions that compromise the safety and enjoyment of others, will result in immediate removal from the experience or event. The organisers reserve the right to revoke participation privileges for any individual found to be in violation of this clause. Removal from the experience or the event will result in the forfeit of the Prize and the Prize will not be rescheduled.

4.2 Where the Prize awarded is a non-cash Prize, such as a product, gift card or voucher, experience, event, or vehicle, there is no entitlement to a cash substitute unless specified in these Rules.

4.3 Each entry shall only be entitled to win one Prize from the Prize Draw. Once a Prize has been won with an entry, it will be removed from winning any further Prizes. For example, if an entrant purchases a 5-ticket bundle and they win a prize, they only have 4 entries left in the Prize Draw.

4.4 Prizes are personal to the winner and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person. This means that we will only award a Prize to the person who is selected as a winner.

5. Notification of winners

5.1 We will notify the winners of the Prize Draw by email within ten (10) business days after the winner has been chosen in accordance with section 3 of these Rules.

5.2 The winner of the highest tier of Prizes, including without limitation, vehicles, will be required to provide the following within 10 days of being notified that they are a winner:

(a) proof of identification and age, such as a copy of a valid passport, driver's licence or other relevant government issued identification; and

(b) proof of address, such as a copy of a recent utility bill or council tax bill.

5.3 If a winner is awarded a non-cash Prize (such as a product, gift card or voucher, experience, event, or vehicle), we will make arrangements with the winner to provide, deliver to them, or make available for collection by them, the Prize.

5.4 If a winner of the Prize Draw does not respond to the notification of their win, or provide the information and documentation referred to in section 5.2 above, within 10 days of such notification, the Prize will be forfeited and we will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. The newly selected winner will have the same period of time to respond to a notification.

5.5 If a selected winner is found to be ineligible to take part in the Prize Draw according to these Rules, a re-draw will take place for that Prize from all remaining eligible entries within 7 days of us learning of the winner's ineligibility to select a new winner. The new winner will have to follow the same process as set out in this Section 5 to claim their Prize.

6. Funds Raised

6.1 When you purchase tickets when not using a club's unique URL, you can specify which club will receive the funds from your ticket purchase or specify that the funds from your ticket purchase should be transferred into the central fund. If a club is selected, that club will receive 100% of the funds from that ticket purchase. If the central fund is selected, the funds will be distributed equally amongst all clubs that are eligible to be beneficiaries.

6.2 For any club that fails the validation checks or is otherwise disqualified from being a beneficiary, the funds raised relating to that club through the Prize Draw will be transferred to the central fund and will be distributed equally amongst all clubs that are eligible to be beneficiaries.

6.3 If there are any funds remaining (“Remaining Funds”) in the central fund after the funds in the central fund have been distributed amongst all clubs that are eligible to be beneficiaries – because it is not mathematically possible to distribute the Remaining Funds equally amongst all such beneficiaries – Toyota GB shall donate such Remaining Funds to a charity working in community sport, of its choice.

7. Refunds

7.1 Entrants are entitled to a full refund if they change their mind within 14 days of their ticket purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.

7.2 Refunds are not permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

7.3 Refunds are not permitted once the Prize Draw has been conducted. Refund requests made after the draw will not be processed.

7.4 This rule does not override any legal right you may have in relation to the cancellation and refund of paid entries.

8. Publicity and personal information

8.1 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purposes outlined in sections 8.2 to 8.4 below. We will use your personal information only in accordance with these Rules and our Privacy Notice.

8.2 In accordance with rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), if you win, we are required to publish or make available your surname and county of residence to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place. This information will be published on our website after the prize has been awarded.

8.3 If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, you can contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we may still be required to provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

8.4 We may also contact the winner to request participation in reasonable publicity. Participation in any publicity, such as testimonials, photographs or interviews, is entirely voluntary and subject to your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. With your consent we may publish this content on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials or other media channels used to promote our competitions.

9. Our liability to you in connection with the Prize Draw

9.1 If we do not comply with these Rules, we will be responsible for any loss or damage that is foreseeable as a result of our breach of these Rules or our negligence. This means that we and you must have anticipated that such loss or damage might occur at the time that you entered the Prize Draw. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is unforeseeable.

9.2 Regardless of what is stated in section 9.1 above, our liability to you under these Rules or otherwise arising in connection with the Prize Draw will be limited to a maximum of £100 (one hundred pounds).

9.3 This section 9 does not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Other important terms

10.1 Events outside of our control. We will not be in breach of these Rules, nor be liable for any failure to comply with any of our obligations in connection with the Prize Draw, if such breach or failure is caused by an event outside of our reasonable control. Events outside of our reasonable control include, but are not limited to, third parties, acts of god, natural disasters, fire, flood or collapse of buildings, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, war, preparation for war or armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, any law or action taken by a government or public authority, IT and data security incidents (such as malware or ransomware attacks, denial of service attacks or other types of cyber attack), or interruption or failure of utility or telecommunications service. If we are unable to run the winner selection process within the period specified in section 3 due to an event outside of our reasonable control, we will run the winner selection process once we are no longer inhibited by such an event.

10.2 Transfer of the Prize Draw scheme to an affiliated company. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions and the Prize Draw to any of our affiliated companies, or to any third party in connection with the transfer of our business. If we do this, we will inform you by email with as much advance notice as possible.

10.3 Cancellation of the Prize Draw. We may terminate the Prize Draw at any time at our sole discretion. If we do this, we will give you as much notice as possible. You will be refunded in full.

10.4 Entries are not transferrable. Entries are personal to you and you may not transfer entries in the Prize Draw to any other person.

10.5 Amendments to these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions at our sole discretion at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on the Website, and these amended terms and conditions will take immediate effect. If you have already entered a Prize Draw, any changes will not apply to your entries to that Prize Draw prior to our amendments to these terms and conditions, however the changes will apply to your future entries into Prize Draws.

10.6 Applicable law. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and the Prize Draw.

10.7 Jurisdiction. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising in connection with these terms and conditions and the Prize Draw. The only exceptions to this are:

(a) if you reside in Scotland, you can choose to bring a claim in Scotland or in England and Wales; or

(b) if you reside in Northern Ireland, you can choose to bring a claim in Northern Ireland or in England and Wales.

10.8 The Prize Draw is not a charity lottery or raffle. Please note that the Prize Draw is not a lottery as defined under the Gambling Act 2005, because we offer a Free Entry Route by post in addition to the Paid Entry Route. However, we work with the ECB, Cricket Ireland and Cricket Scotland to ensure that 100% of the proceeds from each draw are donated to cricket clubs across the UK. All prizes are funded by Toyota GB, the ECB, Cricket Ireland and Cricket Scotland, not out of the Prize Draw proceeds.

12. Advertising

This section applies if we advertise the Prize Draw on social media platforms or other media publications (“Media Platforms”), including but not limited to, Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube or TikTok.

12.1 You agree to release the Media Platforms from all liability, damage, loss or expense arising in connection with your participation in the Prize Draw.

12.2 The Prize Draw is operated by Toyota GB and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Media Platforms we utilise to advertise the Prize Draw.

TOYOTA GOOD FOR CRICKET PRIZE DRAW HOMECHARGE OFFER

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The HomeCharge

1.1 Toyota (GB) plc (“TGB") will be offering the winner of the bZ4X Motion and the C-HR GR Sport Plug-in Hybrid (Eligible Vehicle) a complimentary Toyota HomeCharge residential charge point with Standard Installation subject to these terms and conditions.

1.2 HomeCharge means a 7kw single phase Toyota HomeCharge residential charge point.

1.3 “Standard Installation” shall be as defined under the British Gas terms and conditions for installation: https://www.hivehome.com/terms. Those terms and conditions contain details of which types of installation works are and are not included within Standard Installation.

1.4 Standard Installation is carried out in accordance with BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations, IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation 2^nd.

1.5 TGB has appointed British Gas Services Limited (registered number 03141243) trading as Centrica in Northern Ireland and British Gas in Great Britain (“British Gas”) as its sole supplier and installer of the Toyota HomeCharge residential charge point.

2. To claim the HomeCharge

2.1 You must notify TGB of your wish to claim the HomeCharge before collection of the vehicle.

2.2 TGB will then support you in ordering the HomeCharge and the Standard Installation from British Gas through completion of the British Gas HomeCharge application form on the British Gas Dealer referral portal.

2.3 Participants must:

1. confirm that the installation address for the HomeCharge as specified on the British Gas Homecharge application form is a residential address and that they live at the property. If you are not the owner of the property you must have the consent from the owner or landlord for the HomeCharge to be installed;
2. confirm that there is a garage or other suitable private off-street parking within the premises of the installation address, allowing them to charge the Eligible Vehicle safely without creating a trip or other health and safety risk to themselves or any other party. Cabling must not pass over a public thoroughfare.

2.4 Installation is not usually possible on static caravans, listed buildings or apartments.

2.5 By participating in this offer, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Subject to any other provisions of these terms and conditions, this HomeCharge offer is only available to mainland UK residents aged 18 years or over.

3.2 This HomeCharge offer is available on the assumption that the correct electrical connections and protections are available at the installation address for the HomeCharge, and that no civil works or electrical remedial works are required

3.3 In participating in this HomeCharge offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the HomeCharge.

3.4 If you are eligible for Standard Installation, but British Gas are unable to carry out the installation at the installation address due to regional restrictions, TGB may offer an alternative installer to carry out the Standard Installation.

3.5 If you are not eligible for Standard Installation, you can still claim the complimentary HomeCharge but additional charges may apply for installation outside of Standard Installation.

3.6 The HomeCharge can only be claimed with installation. The option to claim the HomeCharge only is not available.

3.7 In circumstances where the HomeCharge cannot be installed at the installation address, TGB may, at its sole discretion, offer you an alternative residential charge point.

3.8 Except as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions, the HomeCharge offer is non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative is offered. The HomeCharge offer may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

3.9 The HomeCharge offer is only available to the winner or their spouse.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, TGB, its agents or distributors (including British Gas in this instance) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of TGB, its agents or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.2 The HomeCharge operates with any UK energy supplier but does not currently support intelligent EV energy tariffs like OVO Charge Anytime and Octopus Intelligent Energy. You should check with your energy supplier.

4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure all required third party permissions are sought in relation to the installation of the residential charge point. British Gas may request proof of such consents prior to providing their services.

4.4 TGB will not be liable for any costs resulting from the use of the residential charge point, including but not limited to the maintenance and repair of the residential charge point and associated running costs.

4.5 Upon the supply of the residential charge point and its installation, TGB shall be deemed to have fully discharged all of its obligations arising, pursuant to these terms and conditions, and you are referred to British Gas for all matters arising thereafter.

4.6 TGB shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under it if such a delay or failure results from an event, circumstances or cause beyond the TGB's reasonable control (including contracting third parties and other third parties) which shall include but not be limited to acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions or embargo; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; interruption or failure of utility services.

5. Data protection and publicity

5.1 TGB will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Notice and to the extent necessary to administer this HomeCharge offer. In order to fulfil this HomeCharge offer, TGB will need to share your contact details with British Gas.

6. General

6.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or that you are going to breach these terms and conditions, TGB, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating.

6.2 TGB reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend this HomeCharge offer where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any participant or third party. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 No third party can enforce these terms and conditions.

6.4 In the event of a conflict between these terms and any other terms or instructions related to this promotion, these terms and conditions take precedence.

6.5 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter. These terms and conditions cancel and supersede any prior understandings and agreements between the parties with respect to their subject matter.

6.6 If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

6.7 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
