Please note that this form is intended for use by customers who feel that their gambling has become a problem for them and wish to take a break.
If you would like to cancel your tickets, please follow this process; if you would like to close your account completely, please contact support at [email protected].
Complete the form below if you feel you need to take a break and suspend your Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw account.
If you choose to suspend your account:
- Your account will be closed and you will not be able to login or have your account reactivated during your chosen suspension period
- You will stop receiving any marketing communications from Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw
- Your tickets in any upcoming draws will be cancelled and refunded
You will be able to unlock your account after your chosen suspension period has ended. To have your account unlocked once your suspension period has ended, please contact our Customer Support Team. There will be a 24 hour cooling off period before you are able to access your account and purchase tickets again.
Please be aware that you will only be excluded from Toyota Good For Cricket Prize Draw. If you have any accounts on other websites operated by Gatherwell, you will need to follow the self-exclusion policies on those websites.
